Privacy Policy

DateTimeX (datetimex.com) is a free world clock and timezone tool. This page explains what information is collected when you visit, how it's used, and the choices you have. We keep this simple because the site itself is simple: there are no accounts, no sign-ups, and no forms that collect personal information.
What We Don't Collect
Every tool on this site — the clock, the timezone converter, the meeting planner, the timestamp converter, and the quiz — runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript. None of it sends your inputs, your local timezone, or your quiz answers to our servers. We don't operate a database, we don't require an account, and there's no contact form or newsletter signup collecting your details.
Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, DateTimeX uses Google Analytics to understand traffic — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are located (at a country/city level, derived from IP address), device and browser type, and how long people stay. This is aggregate, statistical information used to improve the site; it isn't used to identify you personally.
Advertising & Cookies (Google AdSense)
This site displays ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can learn more about how Google uses data from sites that use its services, and manage your ad personalization settings, here:
- How Google uses information from sites that use its services
- Google Ads Settings (opt out of personalized ads)
- Google Privacy Policy
You can also disable cookies generally through your browser settings, though this may affect how ads (and some site features) display.
Your Choices
Since we don't store personal data ourselves, most privacy controls that apply here are the ones Google provides for its own services (linked above): opting out of ad personalization, deleting or blocking cookies in your browser, or using a browser extension that blocks analytics/advertising scripts.
Children's Privacy
DateTimeX is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this page if the site's use of analytics, advertising, or features changes. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
